What Parents Need to Know
Orientation Process
We offer gentle orientation visits before your baby starts, allowing them to gradually become familiar with our educators and environment. This helps create a smooth transition for both baby and parents.

Daily face-to-face handovers, Storypark updates throughout the day, and an open-door policy mean you’re always informed and involved in your baby’s care and development.
Breastfeeding Support
We welcome breastfeeding mothers and provide a comfortable, private space. We can also store and prepare expressed breast milk following safe handling practices.

All educators are trained in infant first aid and CPR. We follow strict hygiene protocols, safe sleep practices, and maintain a clean, allergen-aware environment.
